About us
We are artisan cheese-makers with a passion for our products. Our cheese factory is in the midst of a cattle breeding area within the agricultural farm owned by the "Agricultural and Technical Institute of Todi".
The Caseificio Montecristo was started up some years ago by an ex pupil of the Institute.
We convert all types of milk: cows, sheep, goats and buffalo, taking great care in choosing only prime materials of high quality. We are therefore able to guarantee maximum freshness for all produce such as cow's and buffalo's mozzarella, and other cheeses, offering only freshly made products to our clients from our sales outlet in Pian di Porto - Todi - Perugia.
