Production

Production includes traditional, hand made methods whilst respecting strict laws of hygiene.
We use high quality milks, from cows, sheep, goats and buffalo; selected and produced locally, carefully checked and controlled. Of utmost importance is the careful selection of prime materials contributing to the high quality of our products.
We produce over 60 different types of cheeses, combining high technology and profound knowledge of time-old methods of aging and improving to give every individual product its unique form and taste. No preservatives, artificial colouring or additives are used in the making of our milk products.
